Pietro Luigi Crasti č nato ad Alghero (SS) in Sardegna nel 1962, attualmente vive nella provincia di Ravenna, dove ha conseguito il titolo di scuola media superiore e lavora presso una societā di servizi.
I paesi dove ha trascorso la sua infanzia, costituiti dagli Italiani profughi dalle terre dIstria, Fiume e Dalmazia, hanno fortemente influenzato la sua vena poetica che č permeata dalla sofferenza patita dalla sua gente per aver subito ul criminale genocidio, seguito dal drammatico esodo di massa dalle proprie abitazioni, paesi; le poesie redatte sono inoltre anche uno spaccato della societā umana moderna per gli aspetti critici, meritori di un'attenta riflessione.
Nel 1996 fonda l'ADES dove ne č tutt'oggi il presidente.
